Joe Brewer has three bachelors degrees in physics, mathematics, and interdisciplinary studies and a masters in atmospheric sciences. He is a complexity researcher, innovation strategist, experience designer, and serial social entrepreneur who brings a wealth of expertise to the adoption of sustainable solutions at the cultural scale. Among his notable achievements are the creation of an undergraduate degree program in Earth Systems, Environment and Society at the University of Illinois and design of new collaboration protocols for strategic communications among European NGO's with WWF-UK and Oxfam, Great Britain. He was an active member of the Center for Complex Systems Research from 2001 to 2005, where he studied pattern formation in self-organizing systems. He was a research fellow at the Rockridge Institute in 2007-08 analyzing political discourse in the United States. He contracted with the International Centre for Earth Simulation in Geneva in 2010-11 to help build a globally-focused high performance computing facility dedicated to holistic simulations of the dynamic Earth. His experiences as a social entrepreneur and cross-disciplinary scholar weave together a combination of skills dedicated to open collaboration, interactive design, and empowered civic action for catalyzing change toward greater resilience in our turbulent world.

Samantha Power is the Founder and Director of the BioFi Project and the Founder and Principal Consultant of Finance for Gaia. She is a Regenerative Economist, Futurist, and Bioregionalist based in Oakland, CA on the ancestral land of the Ohlone people. Samantha has harnessed her experience working at the World Bank and in the financial sector — advising finance ministries, central banks, and investors — and is now telling a story about the need to build a new layer in the global financial architecture that decentralizes financial decision making and puts resources in the hands of people living in relationship to place. Samantha and her co-author published a book entitled, 'Bioregional Financing Facilities: Reimagining Finance to Regenerate Our Planet' in June. Dan Spinner is an executive and life coach for clients across three continents. Dan has been a senior executive with a number of NGOs including universities and hospitals and has helped raise over $300 million for charities and businesses. Along with his more traditional work, Dan has been the CEO of the Deepak Chopra Foundation and a senior advisor to the Esalen Institute. Responding to the need for deeper connections with self, others, and the natural world, in 2016 he co-founded a California based company to advance access to deeply meaningful, evidence-based, transmissive experiences for individuals and groups to promote harmony in self and with others. His work is designed to accomplish this by working with the new concepts of the Biofield and Biofield Awareness and by providing authentic connections, inspiring curiosity, empowering emotional intelligence, nurturing self-mastery, managing stress, fostering wellbeing, and building community.
